Why EPS for packaging
Featherweight
Mostly trapped air, so it adds almost nothing to freight cost.
Shock absorbing
Soaks up knocks and drops before they reach the product.
Moulded to fit
The product sits snug in its own shape, so it cannot move in the box.
Moisture resistant
Does not go soggy or lose strength in damp conditions, which matters for fish boxes.
Common questions about packaging
What sizes are the fish boxes?
Inner sizes: Fish Box 20 kg (Large) is 19.75 x 14.5 x 7 inch, Fish Box 10 kg (Medium) is 16 x 11 x 6 inch. Both come 10 to a bundle.
What does the bundle size mean?
Ready moulds are sold by the bundle. The bundle size is how many pieces or sets come in one bundle, for example Iron moulds come 120 sets to a bundle.
Can you make packaging for my product?
Yes, with a custom mould. The items above are all the moulds we have ready; anything else needs a mould made for your product first. Send us the product, or a photo with its dimensions, and how many you need, and we will tell you what is possible and what the mould and packaging cost.
Do you have a minimum order for custom moulds?
It depends on the item and the mould. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you what works.
